Prime Gayrimenkul Degerleme is managed by a professional team with many years of experience in the industry. Our management team consists of experts who have taken part in national and international projects in the field of real estate valuation and consultancy.
Cem Demiröz
Chairman of the Board
As one of the founding partners of our company, Cem Demiröz graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Business Administration (English) in 1999, and enrolled in the International Finance Master's Program at Bilgi University in 2006.
He served as the head of the Valuation and Consultancy Department at Colliers International - Turkey, a company operating in the real estate sector across 56 countries worldwide. He prepared reports in areas including real estate valuation and feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, concept development, and market research.
He has specialized particularly in the valuation of commercial real estate such as shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings, as well as real estate investment feasibility studies. He took part in the IPOs of Sinpaş GYO and Torunlar GYO, along with various bulk valuation projects for national and international firms.
Oya Akkor
Vice Chairman of the Board
As one of the founding partners of our company, Oya Akkor graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1995.
Following her tenure at the Capital Markets Board (CMB), she carried out finance and valuation studies at Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (Vakıf Real Estate Investment Trust).
Muammer Emanet
General Manager / CEO
As one of the partners of our company, Muammer Emanet graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2005, and completed the Real Estate Development Master's Program at Istanbul Technical University in 2009.
He served as a Project Manager in the Valuation and Consultancy Department at Colliers International Turkey. He prepared reports in areas including real estate valuation and feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, concept development, and market research.
He has specialized in the valuation and feasibility of all types of real estate. He took part in the IPO of Torunlar GYO, along with various bulk valuation projects for national and international firms.
Fatih Vural
Deputy General Manager
He graduated from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Department of Geomatics Engineering in 2008.
Following his career in the construction industry, he joined our company in 2011.
